profile config not working

When i load the profile in HB3 using the latest version of the program, profile config button appears but when i click it, nothing happens(only the text in hb window appears, not the GUI with the checkboxes,screen shot will be uploaded of it)

Hope someone can help

redownload Hb and make a fresh installation from scratch

That did not make the profile config option available as it was available in HB2, hope you can come up with a different solution

i need a fresh log file in that case,also what do you mean by Profile Config exactly?

As it is an option(button), to click on, it should open a GUI with check boxes, so i could select what i want/don't want from my profile to be used.
But as from the HB3 version, when clicked on it, it does nothing except display these error messages in the HB as displayed in the screenshot :

most likely its a profile issue
