professions question

I use ProfessionBuddy to mill / prospect raw items automatically, which is fine.

But I have to transfer items out of the mailbox, buy/exchange regents (i.e. Blackwallow ink -> Inferno ink), select which Item (from professions tabs) to make, transmute prospected ores, transfer again... all of these are done by my hands.

Which is taking forever since I make darkmoon cards. I use TradeSkillMaster to automail certain items to certain characters but that's about it. Is there an easier and faster way?
