ProfessionBuddy Unhandled Exception

I am recieving an unhandled exception while trying to open the Bot Config for ProfessionBuddy. This has occured after a fresh install with all BuddyStore items disabled. Here is the output from the Microsoft JIT error dialog:

application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

Here is a log of a different character on the same server and account that does not cause the exception (note that the character has no professions yet except the first aid which is included with new death knights):

Does it call into local files for some of the tradeskill data? If I knew the depency files from both HonorBuddy and from WoW I could try to determine if there is a difference between those files for each of these characters.
