Professionbuddy stuck at "[Gatherbuddy v2.0.0.675]:A new profile has been loaded..."

Using the default 1-525 mining+ herb profiles either the bot will endlessly farm elewyn, even with the profs maxed or become stuck in limbo with "[Gatherbuddy v2.0.0.675]:A new profile has been loaded. Updating waypoints." The last thing it says.

I am starting the bot, loading a random gathering profile into gatherbuddy, opening professionbuddy, loading the 1-525 profile and hitting run inside professionbuddy.

Shutting off Professionbuddy means it will go on its merry way farming the zone in the profile, but it can never switch them to go retrain or go to a new zone it seems.
