Profession bug.. anyone else annoyed with it?

Anyone else affected by that stupid profession bug since 4.0.. I started over my engy to be a herbalist (so i could xfer him to new server for farming).. got to 150, took a break and when I relogged it started telling me I dont have herbalism.. been waiting for them to fix it!

i had this same issue with mining... then i tried to get rid of it for another profession and even when i delete it i still have it lol
