process with an ld of 1080 is not running

As the title suggests i am having a problem everytime i am launching honorbuddy.
At first HB doesnt respond and windows disables them.Then , when login window pops up , i do login and i get this error.
"process with an ld of 1080 is not running" or similiar numbers.
