Process with an Id of **** is not running.

Hi, this is my second post/problem the last 24 hours so I am sorry for my incompetance.

When I try to log onto HB, I encounter this problem;
"Process with an Id of **** is not running."
There are two buttons, "Send Report" and "Don't send" but whatever I do, it closes the HB.
I am running in DX9 and 32-bit.
