Process must have frozen or gotten out of sync: Injection Finished Event was never fired

This is my Error. I have problems with DB normal and beta. Try all the Versions from .31 to the new assembla ones.

Have these Problems since 3 days and I have no idea what going on. Tried fresh installs of all the new versions. tried my old running versions also.

Whats wrong??
