Problems with transferring

I am having some problems with transferring. My settings are set to keep 2 of each with highest CP and as of right now I am going on 3-4 of each.

Also been noticing that my pf is acting as if the transfer inventory items immediately box is checked even tho I currently have it unchecked.View attachment 2016-09-10_T05_47_49.txt

Clear your cache folder and let me know

Cleared cache and logged back in, started transferring all my pokemon over the limit. Seems to have fixed my problem. Thanks a lot!!

Still seem to be having an issue with it recycling items immediately even with the box unchecked tho.
