problems with tortiseSVN

ive installed torticse SVN and when i goto run it a message pops up saying
Tortoice is a shell entension
that means it is intergrated into windows explorer
to use tortiseSVN please open the explorer and rightclick on anyfolder your like to bring up the context menu were you will find all TortoiseSVN commands

im up to the part were i got to right add file cant get passed it
running windows 7
with firefox

After install... restart your pc... when you right click a folder you will see the new svn options...

Im on skype with Mhowd1 he has run the svn an restarted his pc when he right clicks he dosent have svn checkout come up it gives him that error msg when he go's to open svn
