Problems with macros

Hello! I have a problem, when I log into game, i have to create a macros for (Crystallized Fire, Water etc. and mount / and some macroses for fight ) because when i shut down the game and one more time log into game, all macroses deleted...i just see the picture what i have chosen... can some one give and advice how to save macroses ??

Make sure that you have your keybindings not character specific and what I found worked was choosing a icon not just leaving it as the question mark.
