problems with keys

I buyed HB 6 month ago. Buyed 3 lifetime and 5 one year subscription. But today i cant login to my bot. Logged in buddyauth service but i cant see any keys in my account! please help! my hb account name enurik. Changed few minutes ago.

you are a username&password based user
you anint have any keys
