Problems with Forum PM

Hm, is this the wrong forum for posting my question?
I am not able to receive a PM.
 
"Inbox contains 0 messages. You have 2 messages stored, of a total 50 allowed. (Empty Folder)"
No mail :(
 
you should PM Bossland about it, i had a problem receiving PMs also, but i could send them out. bossland fixed it for me. just send him a PM describing the issue and include a link to this topic.

Edit:
After sending Bossland a PM the following error occured:
"Bossland has exceeded their stored private messages quota and cannot accept further messages until they clear some space"

For those of you with this problem...
I made the same mistake when first coming here. You probably created a forum account to 'check things out' for a while, then went and bought the product.

The problem is that the Buddy Shop creates a forum account for you automatically. So there are *two* forum accounts with your name, and the one created by the shop is sinking the messages you should be receiving.

Bossland's PM box stays full, but he looks at the Payment Issues Forum every day, and the Support Issues Forum pretty frequently. Drop your complaint in there, and he can straighten it out. He's the only one that has permissions to do this, even the Super-Mods can't help you with this.
