Problems with firewall

So i had a problem earlier and Tony suggested to disable AV and firewall so i disabled them and it worked. I put up AV again and it still worked so its my firewall. How can i fix this? Tried adding exception for HB.exe and HBlauncher.exe, Please help ty

No its Bit Defender.

your going to have to check the settings for that program. ive never used bit defender so i cant walk you though it.
