Problems since Windows Reinstall

Hey guys long time user here.
I recently reinstalled windows and have since then been completely unable to use the product.

If I enter my 30 day key using a specific region, DB immediately crashes to desktop.

If I open with "BestLatency" it will sometimes CTD but other times it will hang and say "Max Sessions, Will Reconnect in 30 Seconds".
I have been patiently waiting for a week for what I assumed was a backend issue to be resolved to no avail.

remove:

- microsoft visual c++ 2005-2015 x86 redistributable



restart your pc,
download the installationwizard http://updates.buddyauth.com/BuddyWizard.zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart

This worked, Tony.
Thank you very much.

For future users, I reinstalled from the installer to my C drive instead of My Documents.
I then installed the latest version of trinity and followed the above advice from Tony.

Hope this helps someone else in the future!
