Problems purchasing Demonbuddy

hey guys sorry but i got another problem...
when i tried to purchase demonbuddy for 1 session lifetime it declined my purchase because of something with germany? i have no idea why it keeps saying that. i have also posted on the forums of the purchase feed and have had no response. any clue why this is happening? i live in the united states so i dont know what germany has to do with this. If you like i can try again and copy the text it gave me when it failed to purchase.
