Here is my log for debugging..
What i am noticing is that when arch buddy goes flying into an area in a zone for archeology, it pauses outside of the area for surveying and sits there and waits to load tile maps.. I have noticed that it can sit there for up to 10 mins.. Not sure if it is the server that you guys are pulling meshes from not dishing them out fast enough or what but i have noticed that on every instance that it does this if you manually fly it in the area and land, that arch buddy will take over within 20 secs each time and start doing like it is supposed to do..
2nd thing i noticed is that every time it goes to loot the surveyed object it tries to loot it 2-3 times after it has already looted it.. Something is causing it to loot twice and three times. Maybe an if/then loop that is being too fast or like i used to have with all the dreaded code that maybe there is a double line of code by mistake.. not sure..
And the third thing i have noticed is that sometimes for no apparent reason arch buddy just looses it's mind and starts flying straight into the sky and reaches top height and just stays there trying to go higher with no sense of direction.. Have no thoughts on why this happens just letting you know that i noticed it..
Not saying that i am a programmer but i have dabbled in it and know enough to be dangerous.. lol worked with C, and C+ and some Turbo Pascal, but never got serious with it
Love the work that you guys are doing and hope that this helps you in your debugging efforts..
be safe and have a great day!!
