Problems logging in

I keep getting this message when I logg in.

I just bought a new HB session and paid for it.

Authentication failed

Anyone got an idea whats wrong or what I did wrong?

If you purchased a lifetime then you have to wait for Bossland to auth it first.

Well I didnt buy a lifetime. I bought the year one.

Are you logging into the bot with your shop login?

make sure that you are trying to log using the login info from the mail we have sent you

I did not get that e-mail.

I did got two other e-mails.

1: Invoice Approved.
2: Payment Received for Invoice.

None of them giving me any logg in info.

Maybe that e-mail still needs to come?

open a new thread on payments section including the invoice id
Bossland will check it and you will get a new email

as for your password make sure that does not contain symbols or non-English letters in it
