Problems logging in

When I startup honorbuddy IG it says

"We couldn't find a free WoW process to attach. Please make certain your toon is standing in game world and you are running latest version of Honorbuddy."

Im logged in and running latest version of HB. Have used HB alot and never had this problem for over a year.


Plz help me.
