Problems at leveling gems in GR

Hi all im new to DB so plz be kind to me
Im going to level the GEM OF EASE but DB say it at max level and put it down in te gem list Gem of ease are only lv 30 what have i done or is it something wrong ?

something like this? i thinkj this is the newest log!! i just made a new install of DB
the screendump show DB saying my gem is at max lv at in diabli its only lv 31
