Problems after updating

Hey buddy's I recently updated my HB, and everytime i try to log in and start it up, it gives me the message:

You have not selected a valid instance of WoW to attach to!
Please restart Honorbuddy and choose a valid instance of WoW to use Honorbuddy with!
This version of Honorbuddy only supports WoW Build #15595
You are currently on build #0

But i cant select anything, and i have tried to download the programms from this post:

It wont install the second of the 2 microsoft programs, and i assume that is why i cant attatch HB to the wow window. but i am not sure.

But i cant seem to get it to work :S please help me someone.

You aren't using the latest version of HB. You can tell from the WoW Build #. The current WoW Build is 16057. You'll find it in the lower left corner of the WoW login screen.

If you've had the bot running at any point since the 5.0.4 patch then I believe you have all the required framework and libraries from the Microsoft programs. In fact, I don't think it will even launch as far as you are without them but I might be mistaken there. If not then you'll need to be more specific about why you can't download or install the second Microsoft program.

Download the latest HB and make sure you have a toon fully logged into the world before starting HB.
 
Also, try to run the WoW.exe MANUALLY. dont use the launcher cause then u wil get the wow64.exe that fixed my problem ..
 
Install Microsoft .NET Framework 4 (Web Installer)
Install Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86)
Update to most recent Honorbuddy
Use latest World of Warcraft client in windowed/windowed(fullscreen) and in 32bit
For extra strength problem resolving: right-click WoW.exe, Honorbuddy.exe, select properties, compatibility, check "Run this program as an administrator".
I also recommend changing the shortcut on your desktop. Make sure target is nothing other than Wow.exe, Wow64.exe is 64bit and the other is a launcher. Should look like this "C:\Program Files (x86)\World of Warcraft\Wow.exe".

Yes. Download that and follow the instructions in the guide. It will probably do an autoupdate even after that.

Why not? What happens? What version of Windows are you running?
 
I'm not sure why that wouldn't install, run the installer as administrator, and make sure your copy of Windows is complete updated.

It tells me that a newer version is installed. but there isnt :S

THIS seems to work for me. it starts up as usually. so i guess it wasnt because of the file unable to download. i just didnt have the latest version, wich i thought i had. Thanks alot everyone :) you are a great help as always.
Hope this thread helped you other guys with the similar problem
 
I am also having a problem getting hb work, i have the latest version just dl today, but every time i try to log into hb an error keeps coming up saying could not load file or assembly 'famdll_managed.dll' or one of its dependencies. the specified module could not be found... any solutions to this problem, would appreciate some insight on this one lol
