Probleme to lunch Hearthbuddy

I just Buy Hearthbuddy and when I lunch it I have an error message.



I can't run it.

Please help me.

I am rather bad in english so if you can speak french I would be gratfull

try to remove microsoft .NET, c++ 2010, c++ 2012
restart your pc,
download the BuddyWizard.zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart
