Yes I got the trial version that i paid for to see if i even like the program before i paid for the full thing and i was having an issue with it saying

i found a post that said i might need to install C++ x86 files so i did then the program crashed after completing and now it tells me when i try to restart it Authentication failed that max number of sessions used and i haven't been able to run the program at all very displeased after spending money on something that i couldn't even run one time.
