Problem with updating

Hello, I got hit by an error when I try to update my Exilebuddy. I have tried to Run it as Administrator and not, I have also tried to update it from Different Locations but still same error everywhere.

The current build is #296, so try downloading a clean copy to update from: updates.buddyauth.com/GetNewest?filter=Exilebuddy

Make sure to right click the zip file and go to properties and Unblock it before extracting.
