Problem With Tuanha Routines or Honorbuddy.

I'm getting this error when trying to load Honorbuddy with any of Tuanha's CRs in the routines folder.
I bought the special editions ages ago from his website, but now I can't get any of them to run....not sure if it's a problem with his files or with honorbuddy? Though singular routines work fine.
I've tried deleting and updating HB, and deleting and updating all the CRs but no joy.
Anybody know what the problem is? Thanks in advance.

Hi, Black_au,

TuanHA's routines have known problems at this time. You will need to use another Combat Routine in the interim. You should be making a report (including your log) into the appropriate TuanHA Support thread, instead of creating a post here.

You are using the outdated routines from SVN. All TuanHA routines must now be purchased through the Buddy Store. You can email [email protected] with your account details for his old website and he will send you the keys to migrate your product over to the Buddy Store.
 
like i said, i didn't know if it was a cr problem or a problem with honorbuddy....so i wasn't sure where to post. thanks for the reply

I've noticed it may only be a problem with his FREE CRs. I use his Druid and DK paid CR and they still work fine. I use his free Monk one and that is not working.

agreed. I was going to say this earlier but, i own all of TuanHA's routines and they are all working for me without issue.

For those calling for his head , are you using the free or paid versions? keep in mind the contract only covers paid products and, as far as i can tell, they are working fine.
 
Purchase them and they work, I have 5 toons using Tuanha, working as intended
 
personally i am glad to see the value of paying for routines now. i think should answer the "why pay" question.

Problem with this is, tuanha isn't answearing either skype or email =/

So, i understand your frustration but i recall him sending out notices for people to do thins months ago.

Just be patient and keep sending him messages.

As mentioned in my first post, I have special editions of all the CRs. It turns out they all just need updating to work through the buddy store, which is done by contacting Tuanha and getting keys for the outdated routines.
The disappointing thing is, that emails should have been sent to paying users informing of what they needed to do, rather than have people searching through forums trying to figure it out for themselves. Even a quick notice on the front page of his website etc...but yeah anyway, it's all sorted now. Thanks for helping everyone :)

It wasn't that big of a deal. I went to his website where I would have normally downloaded it and there's a giant message there that says "email me to get a key for the buddy store" I just did that and moved on.
 
it took him a few days for me for a response but i got one and he sent me code for buddy store.

It was. He posted on the forums that you could get the keys and then a bit later on July 4th 2015 he sent out an email to everyone. Looked like this:
Subject: Claim your combat routine on buddy store!

Dear Mr(s). XXXXXXX,

TuanHA Combat Routines is now on Buddy Store!

First of all, I would like to thank you for your support. I really appreciate your suggestion, contribution... over the last 3 years to make our product became the best Combat Routines for PvP, PvE, Questing, Leveling, Farming...

We are now migrating existing paid users to Buddy Store, I hope the new streaming from store will make you worry-free about SVN Updating, Installing and there no more Login required!

Just so everyone knows, Tuanha IS actually answering his emails. I sent one out yesterday and he replied early this morning with the buddystore key that will allow me to fix up all my profiles. Thanks all.

You have to remember, he's in like Taiwan or something, so if you are in US, he's on opposite schedule.
