Problem with the Buddy portal account

Hi:

I cannot access to my Buddy Portal account. Everytime I try to enter it throws me the error that the password is wrong. Ok then, I hit the "Request a new password" option, but it always says the user or e-mail are wrong.
So then I send the "Resend validation mail", and I get that there is no account with my mail. But if I try to register an account with the mail, it says its already registered.
Can someone help me?

Got a posible fix: I found I should contact the support. I will give it a try :b

Remember your forum account details- IS NOT the same as buddyauth.. they are separate.

PM a Buddy support member (tony) your HB Key- and he will give you the email address attached to that key (I think he will anyhow)
