problem with skinning

i have skining on my orc shammy a skining knife in my bag and skin mobs selected in the settings menu but after my bot kills something it just loots it and runs away is there anything i can change to make it skin the mob ? i can attach a log if needed ?

iv already selected it to skin mobs on the settings section along with loot mobs but it just loots and runs away

Just to verify, have you been able to manually skin with that toon? It may seem like a silly question, but I have found more than once where my toon wasn't skinning, so I stopped the bot and tried it by hand... only to have it fail. Evidently I had left my skinning knife in my bank when I was dropping some stuff to open up space. So I hearthed back, grabbed my skinning knife from my bank and then hit the flight master to fly me back - and then got me another cup of coffee to wake up a bit more... lol

Yeah I can manually skin things hb just won't do it lol don't want to leave it to long or my skinning won't be high enough for the mobs lol I'll attatch my log when I finish work tnite

im just trying to get my skinning to a high enough lvl for where im questing now and ill try it again if it still doesnt work ill post a log with no plugins
