Problem with resto shaman. he dps and not heal

i am using the latest veriosn of the honobuddy but on the raid bot when i am tyr to heal with my shaman
when i target the boss and my shaman is on healing spec the bot is dpsing the boss and not healing.....

any solutions?

Is it only when using the Singular CC? Or does it occur when using others? Try out Tuanha's Shaman CC.
