Problem with paying invoice

Guys im having a problem with paying a invoice, i have a virtual card and im tring to pay a invoice i fill out all the fields and when i goes to complete the payment it just redirect me to the invoice page and does make any payment or give me any message saying if card was rejected or something

Can anyone help me?
