problem with opening trade window with some vendors

Tiffany Cartier <Jewelcrafting Supplies> - in Dalaran, bot wont open her trade window, i dunno why tried all that i know including a "move to" to the door... and i need to buy jewelers setting from her, since is the only vendor for those in dala.


any ideea what i can do ?

p.s. also sometimes bot says cannot find bank , i made a move to location in bank center and is ok.
