Problem with my account login

Hello,

4 days ago (9/7/2016) i've registered on your site buddy portal, i logged in and took my key. I started to use the bot without any problems.

Yesterday my pc crashed while bot is working, at the restart the bot asked me to re-put in my key, i went on the site for copy-paste it but my password seems didin't work.
I asked for a new password but dind't work too, after a few try appear me "This account is locked out because of too many invalid password attempts. Please contact support at [email protected]"
I wrote to them but they said to open a post on the forum support. I have all emails, registration, activation and new password request.

How i can relog on my account ?

go to buddyauth.com and kill the session. PF should work after that.

I cannot go to buddyauth.com it will not recognize my email address, even though my email address allows me to log into the forum and post. It says I have a timed out session or my key doesn't work but buddyauth.com will not allow me to log in and kill the session.

regisater a new account on buddy auth using the same email address u made ur purchase with.
