Problem with mesh/navigation

Is there a way to "offset" how close to the edge of the mesh that the bot gets. Mine keeps getting stuck on doorframes , mailboxes and such. Or do these issues have to be reported and devs fix?. I am leveling several toons on three accounts and wouldnt mind helping with the navigation
