Problem with MAil

Hello like title says i got a problem with mailing, when my character full all the bags it goes to a mailbox and mail all the loots to my alt, but when he start gathering every time it gather something it goes to mailbox and mail it, let say it gather a Elementium Vein it go back to mailbox and mail what he got from that Vein. Help me Thanks
