Problem with Lured Pokestops

I dont know if this is a problem caused by the fact that I am using this program, but since I have created my account I can't find any pokemon in a lured pokestop.

i had a buddy have that problem it was because his phone time was set 5 minutes fast. So make sure your current time is up to date and not running fast or slow.
