problem with login

i need help. when i write in the key then the window pop up and it says


''Honorbuddy v2.5.6663.523 started.
Logging in...''


and there it stays what is problem with it?

have you said no to anything with your antivirus? you might need to add it as an exception in your antivirus.
are you logged.

is port 5031 open?
