Problem with login

I've recived the activation ID but i can't seem to login with it and i don't know where to "Activate" it. Anyone who could help me quickly with this problem?

It refuses to track my session, even though i have the same email for both sites.

If you key is not listed, send an email to [email protected]
include the email you used for purchase

it means that the user is not registered with the same email he used in checkout page
