Problem with login

hi,

I bought honorbuddy for a couple of mounth ago but i took a break in wow and now when i have started again i can't login to honorbuddy.

It says: Shared Sessions 0/0
Invalid Account Details
Authentications failed!

I dont know what to do, i have tried the login i have on this page, the activision code.

Please help me!

I think i have lost the key, but i have a mail that show that i have bought honorbuddy, how can i get my key back?
