problem with loading profile

I've lvld to lvl 13 and now i wanna try to get the char lvld by the bot but now i've got the problem:
1st in the dropdown menu is no selection for questing
2nd i get a crash error on loadin kick's profile and cava's profile

what i've done:
i've load the test programm and the newest version from updates.buddyauth.com
1st i unzip the newest version in a new direktion
2nd than i unzip the test version in it.
3rd i've clean the caches from wow/cache wow/data/cache /blizzardentertainment

please help me
