Problem with Internet connection

Ok i know this is off topic but best place i could think to find answers since google doesnt do that great lol But atm got verizons dsl modem/router in one kindove thing.....But all ports are taken. So i got a router and connected wire from there to the router and connected the 2 computers to the new router. One computer internet works the other one it will not work.......... Any idea what is wrong ?

Tryed replacing Ethernet cable didnt fix. Tryed unplugging modem/router to powercycle for 30 seconds. Did not fix issue.
