Problem with honorbuddy

I've re downloaded Honorbuddy a few times now, and each time it's telling me that I need a valid instance attached to it. Can anyone help me with how to do this? It's been a while since I've done it, and forgotten how to.

read though the guide and make sure your wow and honorbuddy are setup properly.
