Problem with Hbrelog

Hi guys,

I had a problem with HBrelog, he don't want connect on my account wow. He doesn't enter my password and i don't know why ? So he try to relaunch wow and can't enter the password... and again...
Some guys had this problem ? Or know how to fix this ?

I'm under window 10, with window 8 i had no problem.

You have Team Viewer ? Disable QuickConnect button on options > advanced
