problem with HB

i have a problem when i try to start HB same as

i don't know what do i need to do

if you meed photos i will take one and post it here

tried to delete the settings and start the HB but didn't work
hope to find the answer here

try a fresh hb install

Try run it as administrator

right click on Hb exe and then pick up run as admin
