Problem with handing the quests

there is a problem with handing the quests , most of the time i do it manualy , how to fix this?

i download another copy and trying it now

this new log with new copy of honorbuddy

it took the toon 8-10 tries to hand the quests , dont know how to fix this my self

disable all your addons and reset your keybindings on default values

sometimes high latency can cause that kind of problems
