Problem with fasmdll_managed.dll

I have problem from yesterday with this dll.When i am trying to login to honorbuddy.Its shows me that he could not start this file with name "fasmdll_managed.dll".please help me.I donwload the updated honorbuddy.But it stills do nothing.

There might be a problem with .NET Framework or C++ Redistributable.

Please follow these instructions exactly.

Uninstall ALL .NET Frameworks
Uninstall ALL C++ Redistributables
Restart your PC
Run this tool as ADMINISTRATOR - Honorbuddy Wizard

Hopefully this fixes the problem.
