Problem with connection.dll

Hallo,
I have a problem to set up my HeartBuddy, I have already done all things that I read hear in the forum,
like deinstalling the Restribution Packs 2005-2015 C++ restart and reinstalled HeartBuddy, restart PC...

I have a new installed Lenovo Laptop, no Antivirus, Firewall off, all Programs from the List that can trouble the HeartBuddy in processing correctly are not installed.

In the Logs, is the CurrentCulture: de-CH, also changed to de-De like the others.

Hope someone can help me.
