Problem with BW detecting my class properly.

I am playing a Deception Assassin. I restarted a couple of times without noticing what was going on. Once in game BW only fired 2 abilities and nothing else. I rebooted BW a third time and noticed that it seems to be misidentifying my class rotation. My Discipline is Deception not Madness. Is there something I can do to fix it? Is this a known issue? Thank You
