Problem with buying 3months bot

Hi a newbie here

I'd like to buy 3 month- bot with credit card. However, when I enter card informations, it is declined. I tried 2 different credit card/debit card. But didnt work. (Cards are valid I often used them to buy things)

any idea is appericiated
