problem with buddy auth

hello
i have an account on buddyauth.com

and on store.buddyauth.com

i did reset my password

when i try to go to http://buddyauth.com it logs normally
but when i go log to http://store.buddyauth.com it wouldn't log.

tried to reset it many times, still same problem.

please note that im using same email for all accounts and same username.

please help.

please note that i tried clearing cash / and other browsers no use.
