Problem with "Botanist's Rogue Pickpocketing - Unga Ingoo" Please Help!!

I am running this profile "Botanist's Rogue Pickpocketing - Unga Ingoo" and its working ok just not pick pocketing every single mob in the area it keeps saying "OUT OF RANGE" is there any way i can fix this problem>?

are yo SURE you have glyph to extend rogue pickpocket range?
if you are sure check once more just in case
