problem with arelog hoping for help

hi arelog wont select my account and i have put it in the account edit box so any one help please

no its because it wont chose my account name it worked before there was a ARelog update now its not selecting my account

have you enabled the "Act Slow" option in Arelog?

make sure that all the info is correct
also if "remember acc name" option is ticked in wow login screen,untick it

nope i dont have act slow enabled

and remember me is unticked and its just not sellecting my account name and its only 4 letters long and all the info in the ARelog is 100%
correct because i allways double check and edit it when i use another char
